My Practice - I offer Life Coaching, especially in Relationship Coaching, Marriage Coaching, Transition Coaching, Spiritual Direction Coaching. I am passionate about helping people to maximize their marriages, and to develop healthy relationships with family members, colleagues, and friends. I am from a Christian background, believing that the foundation of life begins with a strong relationship with God, our creator. I welcome clients from all faith backgrounds. Nothing gives me more joy than connecting with people who desire to have a richer, deeper life, and who are willing to put forth effort to make it a reality.

My Former Career - For more than forty years I worked as a registered pharmacist in four major teaching hospitals and several community pharmacies in the Greater Washington DC area and Baltimore region. I have had experience in counseling patients and their families in various settings. After forty-two years of practice, I retired in 2016 from the field of pharmacy and entered the field of life coaching.

My Other Involvement - In and outside church settings, I have taught, trained, and encouraged children, teenagers, young adults, and married couples for more than forty years. I co-led the Marriage and Family Ministry in our church for more than ten years with my husband of 43 years. We had recently changed our focus on more one-on-one mentoring and coaching individuals to allow more time with our three grown children, their spouses and our 6 young grandchildren.
